Jetstar is adding Sri Lanka to its international network, marking the airline’s 10th overseas route from Melbourne.
From 25 August 2026, Jetstar will launch three weekly flights to Colombo using its Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
The new service means more low fares and easier travel for Victorians heading to Sri Lanka, visiting family across South Asia, or exploring this fast-growing destination.
To celebrate, Jetstar has launched a 24-hour Route Sale, with one-way fares from $315*.

The announcement comes as Jetstar marks 10 years of operations at Melbourne’s Terminal 4, with more than 55 million domestic passengers passing through since opening. T4 now stands as Jetstar’s biggest hub in Australia.
The sale ends 12pm AEDT, Tuesday 9 December 2025, unless sold out.
One-way fares, excludes checked bags. Conditions apply.
Flights remain subject to government and regulatory approval.
